I'm so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. I not only worked with him for several years at GRC but considered him a friend inside and outside of work. He was also a friend of my dad's for many years having worked with him at GWI (Carl Mercer). My dad and I both send our sincere condolences to all of you. Mark will be missed by many.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Higgins family. Mark and I grew up together as we lived around the corner from one another and were also GHS classmates. What a wonderful fun loving person he was. He could always put a smile on your face. I'm so saddened by the news. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. Years ago we always had such fun when the "cousins" would get together in the summer for the bi-annual picnic at one of our houses. The cousins always enjoyed eating together, reminiscing, and then taking the usual "picture". What fun and what great memories! They become much more precious, now that 3 of the cousins have gone on. I always enjoyed the other Higgins' family gatherings also, as my family did not do much of that as I grew up. So, I relished the family times together for weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc, through the years. I'm very glad to have been a part of this family. Again, my condolences to all. You're in my prayers.
