Anna M. White, age 95, longtime Greenville resident, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Spectrum Health United Rehab and Nursing Center in Greenville. She was born February 13, 1915 near Stanton, the daughter of Robert and Hattie (Parker) Hillis. On July 1, 1933, she married Vere White. He preceded her in death on July 31, 1977. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Thelma Byington and Wannita Hunt. Mrs. White is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Virginia White of Derby Lake, Stanton; two grandchildren, Kelly and Ed Housler of Cumming, GA and Richard Allen White II and wife Robin of Howell, MI; great-granddaughter, Katelyn, three great-grandsons, Corey, Logan, and Austin; and many nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Private interment will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding.
