1939 - 2010
 Philip W. Caldwell of Greenville, formerly of Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, passed into God's arms on Sunday, June 27, 2010. Philip retired from Amway Corporation. He was predeceased by his parents, Fredrick and Ella Caldwell and by his brothers and sister-in-law, Donald (Jane) Richard and Gerald (Mary Lou) Knape. Philip is survived by his loving wife, Joan; sons, Nathan (Andrea) Caldwell, Brian (Mandy) Caldwell, and David Paul Grice (Laura); grandchildren, Brian and Noah Caldwell and Zachary and Emily Grice; brothers-in-law, H. Roger (Ginni) Knape and John (Joanne) Knape; sister-in-law, May Knape; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville, Rev. Phil Salmonowicz officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or to charity of one's choice.

Joan - I only heard of Phil's passing this evening thru Ruth. I wish I would of heard earlier because I would of been there, Im only a call away & please don't forget that. . I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I only spent a short time with Phil. but in that short time you both touched & entered my heart. Im forever going to miss the ""100 days to christmas"" I know he would not want you to be sad. Thinking of you lovingly - Margaret Turner

Uncle Phil always new how to tell a joke that made you chuckle. I know his time here on earth was too short but the memories will go on for a long long time. Phil is certainly smiling down at you and all of his loved ones.
