1929 - 2010

MISNER- Iva M. Misner, 80, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 27, 2010. She was born in Stanton, MI to Harold and Emma (Ackley) Taylor on December 4, 1929. On September 6, 1947 she married Charles Edward Eddie Misner in Edmore, MI. They had over 62 wonderful years together. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother whose greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She loved to cook and bake for them all. She and Eddie loved camping and had traveled all over the U.S. for many years. She is survived by her husband; her daughters and son-in-laws, Gayla and Toby Joe Ingraham and Sheila and Craig Crawford, all of Greenville; her grandchildren, Andrew and Shelly Ingraham of Odenton, MD, Benjamin Ingraham and Nicki Fitte of Greenville, Kurt and Eric Crawford of Greenville, and Robb and Jamell Crawford of Lexington, KY; her great grandchildren, Emalie Crawford, Ryley , Gregory, and Finley Ingraham, Dillon Ingraham, and Alec Miller; her sister, Betty Barton of Greenville; and her sister-in-law, Beth Taylor of Greenville. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Keith, Gordon, and Robert Taylor; and her sister, Donna Johnson. Iva's family would like to especially thank Heartland Hospice for their wonderful guidance and care. Funeral services will be held Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville, with visitation from 6:00 to 7:00 prior to the service. Rev. Connie Shatz will serve as officiant. Private burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or to her family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home
