Eloise June Ostrander Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1937 - 2010 Eloise June Ostrander age 73 of Lakeview formerly of Cedar Springs died at her son's home near Lakeview Tuesday August 17, 2010. She was born in Gowen MI on June 27 1937 the daughter of Ernest and Cora Weaver Davis. She was a graduate of Greenville High School class of 1956 and a member of the Gowen Bible Church. She married Warren T. Ostrander in Spencer Township Kent County on September 24,1960. He preceded her in death in 2002. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Thomas and Eugene Davis and Mae Antcliff Maule and Bonnie Rounds. She is survived by her sons, Warren and Veronica Ostrander of Lakeview and Daniel Ostrander of Trufant, grand daughters, Katie and Naomi Ostrander, brothers Norman and Crystal Davis of Greenville, Bill and Sharon Davis of Trufant, sisters, Blanche Blow of Grand Rapids, Emma Rogers of Gowen and Alice and Ed Jackson of Harvard and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Friday 11 AM August 20 2010 at Hurst Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Bigelow officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Langston. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the Gowen Bible Church

Our prayers are with all of you at this time. What a blessing Eloise was to me when I attended Gowen Church, I think of all of you often. She always had a smile on her face and was the example of a true christian she will be greatly missed by her friends and family I know. but she is now with Jesus and out of pain and just remember we will see her again, Her passing is like a ship leaving a port. As we say our good bye's here those on the other side are waving and saying their hello's. Much love to all of you and like I said I do think of you often God Bless

Warren and Veronica, Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family from Maureen and me and all your coworkers at Approved. We are passing around the plate at work, the company will match it, and we will make a contribution to the Gowen Bible church. Please let us know if we can be of assistance at this difficult time.
