Florabell M. "Corky" Benedittine, age 78, of Greenville, died Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Metron of Belding. She was born March 14, 1932 in Charlotte, MI, the daughter of Hubert and Harriet (Wright) Fisk. Corky was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Bill Chittenden; grandson, James Simmons; and siblings, Phyllis Hansen, James Fisk, and Herb Fisk. She is survived by her children, Pat Chittenden, Jim (Kathy) Simmons, and Ron (Linda) Simmons; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Jean Ross, June Sorensen, Frieda Meno, Linda Eikenroth, Michael Fisk, Silas Nichols, and Ella Beth Graham; and many, many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville, with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
