Mrs. Lillian L. Moyses, age 97, of Lakeview, passed away Tuesday evening, October 12, 2010 in Evart. She was born April 11, 1913 in Calumet, the daughter of Einer and Hannah (Kumlin) Lindquist. She married Orville Moyses in August of 1938, and together they raised three children. Lillian was a longtime Lakeview resident and a member of the Lakeview Free Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Orville; one sister; and one brother. She is survived by her children, David (Marcella) Moyses of Six Lakes, Arthur (Carol) Moyses of Leroy, and Valerie Browning of Grand Rapids; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Free Methodist Church (110 Edgar St., Lakeview), with visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the service at church. Lillian's minister, Pastor Ted Johnson, will serve as officiant and burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her honor may be given to the Lakeview Free Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
