Sara Lynn Simon Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1983 - 2010 Sara Lynn Simon, 27, of Edmore, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 with her precious son, Aiden, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born April 6, 1983 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Max and Connie (Allen) Simon. She graduated from Montabella High School in 2001. She was an avid and very talented artist and enjoyed scrapbooking. She was a very devoted mother whose children were the joys of her life. She will be deeply missed, especially by her daughter, Harmony Keeler; Harmony's father, Brandon Keeler; Sara's parents, Max and Connie Simon of Edmore; brother Adam (Laura) Simon of Grand Rapids; grandmothers, Orlie Simon of Remus and Betty Allen of Grand Rapids; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Memorial services in celebration of Sara's and Aiden's lives will be held Saturday, October 23 at 11:00 AM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Edmore, with Pastor Bill Twynham officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at church. Private burial will be in McBride Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Sara's family for Harmony.

When I heard the news of your loss, I just had to write you a note. I was doing some reading in the bible and came across a scripture. In the New World Translation it reads this way "My very heart is in severe pain within me, And the frights of death itself have fallen upon me. As for me, to God I shall call out; And Jehovah himself will save me. Evening and morning and noontime I cannot but show concern and I moan, And He hears my voice." Psalms 55:4,16 & 17 God will help you through this tragic loss. Keep praying for comfort and strength. He will answer you. Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss.

This just breaks my heart, I don't know the family or Sara and Aiden, but reading this makes me so sad, I too have a daughter and a son and I can't even imagine this, my heart is with everyone involved and may god be with you in this time of deep sorrow!!!

Words can't express how much Sara and Aiden will be missed. I'll never forget Aiden's laugh, his hot dog dance, or the way he'd so innocently say something wise beyond his years. I could fill volumes with the memories that Sara and I made over the years. Memories that I'll share with Harmony over the years as she grows. Not only was Sara my best friend, she was family. Her presence in my life was one of the greatest blessings that I'll ever experience. I'll always remember her laugh, her smile, her hugs, her kindness- she will live forever in my heart. She made my life so much better and brighter- she was my rock, and I will miss her deeply each and every day for the rest of my life. Rest in peace Sara and Aiden, and know that you were loved so much by so many.

My heart goes to the family. You are definitely in my prayers. I only knew Sara for a short time as our girls are in the same class. She was a great listener when I needed one and Aiden could entertain! Many times we waited for the doors to open for pickup and he always had something to say. Very cute family! I will be praying for all of you.

I have know sara for as long as I ever remember! When I stop and think of her all I can think of is her wonderful smile, and her ability to put a smile on your face whenever you were down. She was someone that every one loved! She will forever be missed but never forgotten!

To Saras family, I have been friends with Sara for pretty much as long as I can remember she was a WONDERFUL person and I cannot even express how much she will be missed, she will be forever in our hearts.....................Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before, how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way, and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever.

I've known Sara since before we started school. I always think of her smiling. She was very kind to everyone. I only met Aiden once, but I'm sure he was just like his momma. My heart breaks for their family and Harmony. You both will be missed very much.
