1942 - 2011
 Joseph "Johann" John Helder, age 68, energetic and loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 5, 2011, after a difficult battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Ann (Buiter) Helder; and brother John Helder. He is survived by his wife Janet Drake-Helder; sons RJ (Stephanie) Helder, Joe Helder, and Brad Helder; stepsons John (Dana) Drake, Paul (Jamel) Drake, and David (Kelly) Drake; sister Clara (Steve) Vander Zouwen ; and 6 grandchildren. He was born in Groningen, Netherlands on September 30, 1942 and immigrated to the US at the age of 8. Joe enjoyed life travel, electronics, cooking, classical music, carpentry and especially spending time with his family. A memorial service is being planned in the spring to celebrate Joe's life.
