We are so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. We live out of state and only recently found out. I first met him when I lived in Michigan and had opportunity to visit him with my family when we visited Michigan. Randy was a man of faith and a man of action, in spite of his handicap. I am thankful for the opportunity to have known Randy, his father, and his mother, and look forward to seeing them again with the Lord. I appreciated Randy's dry sense of humor, but also his compassionate and generous heart!

I was deeply sorry to hear of Randy's passing. I didn't know him as well as most of the people who will send their condolences, but we had dated briefly several times shortly before his tragic accident, so I knew that he was a very kind and gently man. He loved life, and being outdoors, but the most important things to him were his family, and his friends. He will be greatly missed.

Jerry and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your brother. As we get older, we certainly realize that 55 is not very old. I'm sure you have special memories of him and I pray that the Lord will bring those to mind to help give you peace and comfort.

Jerry & family, please accept my sincere sympathy at Randy's passing. He was a true inspiration to eveyrone who knew him. Randy was a great friend to my father, Homer Petersen, for many years. Randy along with their neighbor, Henry, were able to enjoy many years of friendship and enjoyed many good times together. May God bless Randy and be with with his friends and family during this time of grief.

Jerry and Sandy. We were sorry to hear of Randy's dying. I was out in Arizona at the bedside of Rachel Newell before she died and Carol Jensen told me Randy had been in the hospital . I know this has been a difficult life for him. However, a saving life as he did come to the Lord. He did well though, I thought. I am sure the verses from 2 Timothy 4:7,8 are appropriate for his life. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. There is now in store for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. We'd love to hear from you. John and Joan

Lois and I wish to express our condolence's to Randy's family. We had many cups of coffee with Randy, Homer, and Henry over the years. Whenever we came north from Sarasota we would stop in Trufant to have a cup with Randy.
