1929 - 2011
 Mrs. Uldene Mary North, 82, longtime Greenville resident, passed away late Tuesday, May 31, 2011. She was born February 22, 1929, the daughter of Jesse and Beulah (Williams) Parker. On December 4, 1948, she married Donald L. North. He preceded her in death in 1994. Uldene retired as an executive secretary from Electrolux after many years of employment. She was a constant caregiver, helping her husband and many other family members and friends. She loved bowling, dancing, and traveling with friends. She is survived by her children, Sandra (Sigurd) Biezais of Rockford and Michael (Susan) North of Bass Lake, Gowen; grandchildren, Nicole (Geoff) Deines of Grand Rapids, Nathan Biezais of Greenville; Adam (Megan) North of Columbus, and Aubrie (Stephen) Ross of Pacific Grove, CA; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Carson, Lennox, Mason, and Karrigan; sister, Norene (Merrell) Ketchum of Ionia; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Scheurer. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Hurst Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Appold of St. Matthew Lutheran Church officiating. Graveside committal services will follow at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association. |

Sandi, So sorry for the loss of your mother. After talking w/you yesterday I realized that your mom passed the same day mine did and they both waited until we left the room. Love you and just remember she will be with you everyday in some form or another.
