Frances Elaine Delp age 90 of Greenville passed away Saturday September 17, 2011 from injuries in an auto crash. She was born in Greenville the daughter of Keith E. and Marguerite Westcott Kipp. Fran was a graduate of Greenville High School in 1939 and on December 30, 1941 she was married to William J. Delp at her parents home on Clay Street. She has been a member of the First United Methodist Church since 1933, also the Hypathia Club, Washington Club, Craft and Culture Club and was a bridge player and a Friend of the Belding Library.
