Aunt Judy was a wonderful woman, wife, mom and such. I've known her and the Hopkins family ever since I was born...That is why we have always called each Grandma,Grandpa, Aunt, Uncle or considered each or some part of the family. Aunt Judy was a strong woman not just in the physical way...she loved her family and protected them...she wasn't afaird to voice her opinion on most anything, especially anything to do with her boys. They might be rough around the edges but they was going to learn respect and to have manners. She cooked the best darn chocolate chip cookies ever..."remember that we would eat them all when I would watch the boys while Uncle Bruce and Aunt Judy went to the races"...them blame each other for eating the very last cookie. I spend alot of time at Uncle Bruce and Aunt Judy's since their son Doug was my best friend growing up. It was a place with good people, good friends and the door was always open and plate at the dinner table. I apologize for keeping in touch with them over the years. But they are here in my heart and in my memories.
