Linda Lou Creasap Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1949 - 2011 Linda L. Creasap age 62 of Bass Lake Gowen passed away Thursday December 15, 2011 at home. She was born in Greenville on February 24, 1949 the daughter of Clyde and June Newland Lillie. On September 3 1966 in Belding she married Henry R. Creasap. Linda was a medical assistant for many years in the Sheridan and Greenville area working for doctors clinics and the Sheridan Hospital. She was a member of the Ray I. Booth Post # 101 Auxiliary. She loved the lake and having her family there especially the Holidays. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Judy Ann Lillie. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Henry of Bass Lake Gowen, their children;Jackie (Daryl) Johnson of Lakeview and Steve Creasap of Grand Rapids, grandchildren Rachelle(Tom) Kessler, Danielle Johnson and Kirsten Johnson, Kade Creasap and Taryn Creasap, her siblings; Diane (Robert) Shutt and Laura (Rick) Deal both of Greenville, Joanna (Paul) Curtis of Fenwick, Rick (Bobbi) Lillie of Lake, her aunt Bea Lillie of Cedar Springs, Henry's sisters, Debbie Creasap of Cedar Springs and Mary (Clark) Johnson of Fremont, aunts, Kathy Cole, Caroline Knapp and Barbara Derndt and best friend Tracy Tran. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 19, 2011 at 11 AM from the Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Hansen officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Mills Cemetery, Gowen. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 5 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Legion Post # 101 Auxiliary. To the Creasup family, I am so sorry about your loss of Linda! I lived on Bass Lake in the early 90's. After a major surgery, she would come over to make sure that I was ok and check in on me. You are all in my prayers!
