1915 - 2012
 Albert William Heimbecker age 96 of Greenville went home to be with his Lord Tuesday February 21, 2012 at Spectrum Health United Memorial United Campus in Greenville. He was born October 10,1915 in Amble the son of Edward A. and Nora Switzer Heimbecker. Albert was a graduate of Greenville High School with the class of 1936 and was retired from Michigan Consolidated Gas Company with 34 years of service. He was a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church in Greenville.
He married Frances Wakefield in 1946 and she preceded him in death on February 7, 1988. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Faith Wise in 2007, his son in law, William Wise in 2005, his brothers Leonard (Frances) Heimbecker, sister Gladys (Ronald) Sebald, sisters in law Mary Heimbecker and Mary Carter and step-son Randy Hoskins.
He married Jeanette Pierce Hoskins on March 27, 1995 and she survives along with his sons and families; James (Rhonda) Heimbecker and John (Kimberly) Heimbecker both of Greenville, grandchildren; Scott Heimbecker, Brandy (John) Lepley, Christa Steele, Morgan Heimbecker, Amy (Joe) Tilchen, Jeremy(Naomi) Wise, Stefanie Wise, Justin Heimbecker and Erica (Josh) Kirshman, 5 great grandchildren, Jeanettes family; Vance (Diane) Hoskins of Middleville, Janet Hoskins of Belding, daughter in law, Carol Hoskins of Greenville, 8 Step grandchildren, 16 step great grandchildren, and 5 step great great grandchildren, his brothers, Rev. Roy Heimbecker of Texas and Floyd ( Bonnie) Heimbecker of Rockford and brother in law, Harold Scoot (Judy) Carter of Greenville.
Funeral services will be Saturday February 25 2012 at 11 AM from Faith Baptist Church with Rev Robert Winter as officiant. Burial will be in East Montcalm Cemetery, Greenville. Visitation will be held at Hurst Funeral Home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to God's Love Closet or Faith Baptist Church. |
