You were such an inspiration growing up across the Tampa-St. Pete Bridge, and on family get-togethers. I remember you so well. Rest in peace and just know you are certainly missed by so many.
You loving cousin, Lynda

I will miss seeing Kempy, he was a lot of fun to listen to and to see. He was the most loyal customer Mancino's could ever have, he even wore the Jacket that had our name on it and was so very proud of it. Work will just not be the same as he came in almost everyday and no matter how busy we were he still managed to make me smile and have a good laugh. He was very kind to me and my family and we will miss him very much!!!

To the Entire Kemp Family:
Kempie will be sadley missed by many of us from Mancino's. He was such a Blessing as we listened to every story he had to tell us. He was involved in Our lives for 5 yrs. now..He knew every grandchild by name he asked everytime how they were and he asked about everyone of Our daughter's. He was just like a family member to us. Not one day went by with out him stopping in and just saying Hi as he traveled down main street. And always ith that happy go lucky attitude.
Prayers go out to you all.

Kempy was a very good guy wouldn't harm a fly always caring and willing to do anything for anybody. I'll remember Kempy riding his bike, walking in the parade, and sitting in the local restaurants having a cup of coffee. He'll be missed by many
