1937 - 2012
 Donna J. Chapman, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 23, 2012. Donna was born September 26, 1937 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Henry and Trena (Zomer) Wolthuis. On January 26, 1963 she married Dean Chapman. Donna enjoyed yard work and flowers, spending time at the lake, and having breakfast with friends. She is survived by her husband Dean and their four children, Brad Chapman, Darla (Jack) Barnard, Paula (Robert) Johnson, and Daniel Chapman; grandchildren, Paul Barnard, Samuel Barnard, and Joseph Barnard; her brothers, Paul (Barb) Wolthuis, Daniel (Libby) Wolthuis, Terry (Jean) Wolthuis, and Jerry (Doris) Wolthuis; sister, Elsie (Bill) Kollar; sisters-in-law, Pat Wolthuis, Betty Wolthuis, Sally Wolthuis, Jackie Wolthuis, and Betty J. Wolthuis; and brother-in-law, Lyle (Lois) Chapman. She was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers, John Wolthuis, William Wolthuis, Lawrence Wolthuis, Albert Wolthuis, Richard Wolthuis, David Wolthuis, Timothy Wolthuis, and James Wolthuis; and a sister, Marlo Losey. Her family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM. Pastor Randy Williams will officiate, and interment will follow in Courtland Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith Hospice.

Dear Mr. Chapman & family,
I just recently learned of Donna's passing and wanted to offer you my condolences. I was Paula's friend that lived on Ramsdell and spent a lot of time making lots of memories at your home. I will never forget her kindness and generosity with our family, especially when we lost my Dad. I will always have special memories of her as well as your whole family.
