V. June (Derosha) Childers age 83 of Greenville passed away Saturday afternoon at Spectrum Health United Memorial Greenville. She was born in Clare County, Michigan on June 25, 1929 the daughter of Vernon and Edna Heath Baumgardener. June had retired from Meijers with 25 years of service. She was a member of the Moose Lodge of Harrison and the American Legion Auxiliary of Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her sons Billy and Timothy Derosha and her sister Juanita Ward and her childrens father Leo Derosha.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Hopkins of Greenville, sons; Michael J. Derosha of Belding and Patrick Derosha of Fenwick, grandchildren;Jeff (Susan) Derosha, Joe (Polly) Derosha, Lisa Derosha, Tim (Laurie) Derosha, Andy Waldron, Ann (Dan) Foster, Laurie ( Jeff) Puehler and Michael Derosha and several great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at Hurst Funeral Home and a memorial service on Thursday October 25 2012 at 2 PM with Rev. Steve Charnley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the needs of the family.
