Michael Shawn Flanery age 45 passed away Tuesday October 30, 2012. He was born in Grand Rapids June 30, 1967 the son of Gerald and Mary Ann DePeel Flanery. Mike attended St. Charles Catholic School in Greenville and graduated from Greenville High School in 1985 and attended Davenport University. He was employed in the hospitality industry including the Amway Grand Plaza where he was awarded the employee of the year early in his career. He also was employed in the manufacturing industry. He was in the process of developing a non profit called E.G.A.L. (Everything Good About Life).
