Bev and Lew, I am so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. Randy was always friendly and smiling. I remember when I babysat your boys that Randy was so mischeivious and was asking me questions all the time. He was so inquisitive. I am glad I had the honor of being his babysitter for so many years, and all your boys will hold special places in my hear. May God wrap you all in his arms to carry you through this difficult time. I'm remembering a time a few years back when I happened on Randys' yard sale. He greeted me in such a friendly way and said I have something I think you'd like when I asked how much he replied "NO, l WANT YOU TO HAVE IT i"M GIVING IT TO YOU." sO NICE.

Prayers to the Nielsen family. Take comfort in knowing he is now free of the pain and demons that created that pain. Randy was a huge part of mine and my kids life for many years and will be missed. He was not only a nice guy but in fact he ran the "RL's school of nice guys"

One of my first memories of Randy,He taught me how to water ski out on Wabasis Lake,or at least tried. He was just one of those nice guys that would help you if he could. He will be missed.

Randall Lee Nielsen age 53 of Greenville died on Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Metron of Greenville. He was born the son of Lewis L. and Beverley J. (Petersen) Nielsen in Greenville on May 24, 1959. Randy was employed at the former Frigidaire Company in Greenville and for several years worked with his father at Dons Carpetland in Greenville. He enjoyed his family taking trips and long drives and going fishing.
