1920 - 2013
 Martha Evelyn Miller age 92 of Greenville passed away Thursday January 17, 2013 at Vista Springs Northview in Grand Rapids. She was born in Sheridan on October 30, 1920 the daughter of John O. and Mollie Augusta (Nordquist) Lund. Martha was a graduate of Sheridan High School and married Leon W. Miller on April 4, 1941. He preceded her in death on October 15, 1989. She was active in the Greenville area in the golf leagues and bowling leagues and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Post 5065 Sheridan and especially enjoyed the Greenville Area Senior Center and its activities. She and Leon were good dancers and enjoyed dancing both in Michigan and while wintering in Texas.
She is survived by her daughters; Molly Miller and Janet Bradley of Grand Rapids and Diane (Ken) Kueffner of Caro,MI, her grandchildren, Craig (Laura) Kueffner , John (Joanna) Kueffner and Jennifer Bradley, great grandchildren, Hannah, Casey, Leo, Caleb, Lucian and Isaiyah, her brothers, Frank (Marge) Lund of Greenville and Leonard (Delores) Lund of Sheridan, her sister-in-law Lorraine Bird of Tucson AZ and brother-in-law, Jerry (Mary) Malling of Gowen and nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday January 26, 2013 at 11 AM at Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Jerold T. Jones officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. A visitation will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 PM at Hurst Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Greenville Area Senior Center or Imagination Library in care of The Dollywood Foundation, 2700 Dollywood Parks Blvd.

We were so sorry to read about the passing of your mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Janet I remember your mom's great laugh especially when we girls were at your house for slumber parties and (no doubt) getting into trouble! How wonderful she enjoyed 92 years of life. I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Miller's passing!
Her daughter, Janet, was in our class at Stanton Union(Central Montcalm)with me and others until her and family moved to Greenville. Her older sister, Molly did graduate from Stanton, Mi. Just saw Janet in Sept., 2012 at our 50yr class reunion.
