It is Michelle Newell, your Realtor that fell in love with your beautiful family so many years ago. Your love story was an inspiration and those beautiful daughters so lucky that God chose Russ and Tracy to be their parents. Today, at St. Thomas Church was a shock as they prayed for the Russ Boutell family. Somehow I knew it was Tracy, my heart ached I immediately came home to read about Tracy. What a tribute to the life of Tracy. The world is far better because you were in it and Heaven is graced with an Angel to continue the work of The Lord that she was already apart of through her social work here. I send your family a HUGH HUG knowing that your lives are experiencing a large break in your hearts and an overwhelming void. With the loss of our son Johnny Newell we understand the missing, the void: Wishing we could have him back and truly we do understand what you are feeling. John and I pray for your family, especially because of the time of year we are heading towards. You will be constantly in our prayers and want you to know how much we do care about you and your family. Russ, Sarah, Mollie, and Emily may you feel His love and Your Guardian Angel, Tracy each and every day!!!! Love John and Michelle Newell

Conny, Vincent, and I wish to express our sorrow to your Family for your loss. Vicktoria may not have known your Family But we remember you. Emily Vincent was saddend too. We Lost My Mom back on July 31st 2013 and they (vince and Vicki) were really close to her as her being their only US Grand mother she was 83. Their German Grandma is still alive in Germany. but it could happen at any time. Please be kind to one another and remember to stay close to one another... and mention Often to each other that you love and care for each other! Also remember to let your selves Grieve and even if an argument happens as they will think of it as DRUNK Don't Count... inother words Grieving makes us say things we may mean at the Moment but we are not fully responsiable for the things we say... FORGIVNESS and ACCEPTANCE are a huge key to sticking together through this tough time!!! and Not every one grieves the same way so allow every one their space... No One can Know Exactly How you feel but any one can sympithize with you... and Don't let Misery be your companion, there is too much left to live for and enjoy your memories... My Mom and I have Coffee about 2-3 times a week... We may not talk on the phone any more but I look out the windows with our "COFFEE" time and tell her what I see I know she is up there looking over us all! even Now as I write this... Peace be with you all! Andrew Strelczuk SSG (RET) MIARNG Hanging my Hat in TAWAS City MI.

Words cant describe the loss we have suffered. Tracy was one of brightest lights in our lives. Along with Russ & the girls... As individuals, Tracy made us strive to be better then ever with her love and encouragement. As a couple, she made us stronger with her love, reassurance and the beautiful example that her and Russ set before us through their own marriage. Being blessed by God with the Boutell's in our lives is the true meaning that FAMILY isn't always shared by blood. Tracy will always live deep within our hearts. Our thoughts & prayers are with Russ, Sara, Mollie and Emily. With all our love, (Uncle) Darryl & (Aunt) Jess

I would like to express my sincerest and deepest sympathies to the Boutell and extended family of Tracy, as well as the many coworkers and friends of hers that are as shocked, and saddened by her untimely passing. My experiences with Tracy were not many, although filled with laughter, good times, and great memories. She is enigmatic, her laugh was contagious, her smile radiant, and she could brighten up a room just by being in it. Her caring and nurturing nature stand as a very real and accurate example of what kind of person she is. Pretzel necklaces and wobble pops at the Jellystone will not be the same without her, but she will live on everytime Michael falls down or careens into a group of unsuspecting people. My heart goes out to you Russ, and your children, Tracy will be missed.
