1938 - 2014
 Dennis Denny A. Piechocki age 75 of Gowen, passed away September 14, 2014 in the loving care of his daughter. Born September 27, 1938 in Grand Rapids, he was the son of Albert and Ethel Piechocki.
He was retired from American Seating where he worked for 44 years. Denny was a lifetime member of the Sixth Street Hall in Grand Rapids and of the American Legion Post # 101 in Greenville. Denny provided service to our country in the National Guard. Denny is survived by his daughter, Tiffany (Marty) Obetts of Comstock Park, a grandson, Caden Obetts, sons Patrick and Matthew Piechocki; brother Mike (Patricia) Piechocki of Rockford, sister Carol Curry of Comstock Park, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Marilyn Jacobitz and his brothers-in-law Eldon Curry and William Jacobitz.
A service will be held on September 18, 2014 at 11:30 AM at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville with Rev. Father Darrel C. Kempf as officiant. Family will receive visitors one hour prior and at a celebration of life at the American Legion Post #101 following the service. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Spectrum Health Hospice
