Lewis W. “Lew” Dailey, 57, Crown City, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2003 in the Holzer Medical Center. He was born November 28, 1945 at Columbus, Ohio, son of Lewis W. Dailey of London, Ohio and the late Thelma B. Daniels Houck. He was a supervisor at GDC for nineteen years and also served as a Union Steward. He attended Centenary Christian Church. He married Patsy Dillon on June 21, 1974 in Parisburg, Virginia and she survives. In addition, he is survived by:

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by one granddaughter and one half-sister.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2003, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, with Rev. Loren Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Victory Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
