Bonnie (Hunt) Kiser, 76, Vinton, Ohio passed away Monday, August 4, 2003 at the Holzer Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born November 21, 1926 at Coleman, Kentucky (Kimper, KY) daughter of the late Frank and Cenia Thornsbury.
At a early age, she married the late Ernest Hunt in Pikeville, Kentucky and later in life was preceded in death by her second husband Stanley T. Kiser. She is survived by three children:
Two Sons, Ermal (Fran) Hunt, Indian Mills, NJ; Marvin (Kathleen) Hunt, Ewington, OH; One Daughter, Marlene H. Clark, Louisville, KY.
She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren. One sister also survives, Ethel Coleman, Kimper, KY.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Charlene Hunt in May of 2000.; five brothers, Arson, Alison, Wade, Roscoe, and Dave Thornsbury; Four sisters, Daisy Coleman, Pearl Bostic, and Zetta and Rennie Thornsbury.
She was a member of the Deercreek Freewill Baptist Church of Vinton and will be missed dearly by many of her close family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:OO P.M. Friday at McCoy-Moore Funeral Home in Vinton with the Rev. Mickey Maynard and Lucian Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Ewington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 P.M.
