Beulah W. Stone, 95, Gallipolis, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2003, at Holzer Medical Center.
Born June 23, 1908, at Eskdale, W.Va., daughter of the late Elijah and Elizabeth Ellison Wood, she was a member of the Eskdale Baptist Church, Eskdale, W.Va.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Orville F. Stone, on Nov. 8, 1994; two sons, Donald Lee Stone and Larry Ray Stone; one grandson and one great granddaughter, two brothers and three sisters.
Stone is survived by three sons, Ron (Marilyn) Stone of Columbus, Ed (Iona) Stone of Columbus, and Gary (Maxine) Stone of Orlando, Fla.; four daughters, Jewell Eddy of Gallipolis, Elizabeth Mitchell of Columbus, Naomi Deboard of Columbus, and Gail White of Columbus; 24 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great grandchildren; and one brother, Eldon Wood of Chelyna, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis.
Burial will follow in the Montgomery Memorial Park, Montgomery, W.Va.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
