So sorry to just hear that Miss Delores Diggs passed away in 2003. Miss Diggs was a fantastic and motivational role model for me when I was a youth attending Union Grove Bapt. Church in Cols. Ohio. She inspired me from an early age and I have never forgotten her sincere smile and sweet spirit. Cora Green, Columbus, Ohio

It has been many years since we knew one another at Bidwell-Porter school. Her life was full of achievements and her passing will be a loss to this world. Please accept my condolences.

I remember the Payne and Diggs families well as a child in Bidwell. I am so sorry to hear of your grief but what a wonderful tribute her life was. You must be very proud. Sincerely
