Debbera J. “Debbie” Mays Blackburn, 40, Little Hocking, Ohio formerly of Bidwell, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2004 in Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born March 20, 1963 at Columbus, Ohio daughter of Opal Martin Mays of Bidwell, and the late Denver Mays.
Debbie was a 1981 graduate of North Gallia High School. She married Billy Ray Blackburn Jr. November 27, 1981 at Vinton and he survives. In addition she is survived by:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M Thursday, February 26, 2004 in the Vinton Baptist Church, 11818 SR. 160, Vinton with Rev. Bill Duty Officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park, Vinton.
