CYNTHIA LYNN “CINDY” BUTCHER STOUT, 45, GALLIPOLIS, passed away Monday, March 15, 2004 at her residence, surrounded with family and friends, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 12, 1958 in Kanawha County, West Virginia daughter of Richard G. (Rose) Butcher Sr., Chillicothe, OH and the late Helen Marlene Lucas.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD 11:00 A.M. THURSDAY, MARCH 18, 2004 IN THE McCOY-MOORE FUNERAL HOME, WETHERHOLT CHAPEL, 420 FIRST AVENUE, GALLIPOLIS, WITH REV. MARVIN SALLEE AND CHESTER HESS OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE GRAVEL HILL CEMETERY, CHESHIRE. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FUNERAL HOME WEDNESDAY 4:00 -8:00 P.M.
