John Kevin Hartsook, 46, Vinton, passed away at 5:20 a.m., Thursday, May 6, 2004, in Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, W.Va., after an extended illness.
He had been the service advisor at Turnpike Ford, Gallipolis, for the past twenty years.
Kevin was born Sept. 1, 1957, and is survived by his parents, John W. Hartsook and Thelma Williams Hartsook of Bidwell. In addition, he is survived by a daughter, Lesa Marie Hartsook of Ashland, Ky.; a son, Justin Michael Hartsook at home; two brothers, Earl Ray Cochran of Columbus; and Wesley Keith Cochran of Vinton; and his girlfriend, Sue Johnson of Huntington.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 9, 2004, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with the Rev. Elmer Geiser officiating.
Burial will be in the Vinton Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
