Ryan Edinger, 15, of Vinton died as a result of a drowning accident.
He was born Feb. 10, 1989, in Athens, the son of Wanda Trivette Sprouse of Vinton and Berry (step-mother Lisa) Edinger of Wellston. He was a student at Buckeye Hills Career Center. He attended the Harvest Time Worship Center in Vinton.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Tina Walter of Oak Hill, and Jennifer Johnson of Vinton; two half-brothers, Steven Ashby Swingle Bell and Zackary Swingle Johnson of Jackson; and many special friends in the Harvest Time Worship Center.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, with the Rev. David Marcum officiating.
Burial will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, in the Ridgewood Cemetery, Wellston.
Friends will be received by the family from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, at the Harvest Time Worship Center.
