Martha Ann Niday Bibler, 74, Columbus, Ohio, passed away June 28, 2004 at Wesley Glen Retirement Facility of Columbus. A 1947 graduate of Gallia Academy High School, she attended Bliss College of Columbus, Ohio and later retired from the State of Ohio Personal Board of Review as an Administrative Clerk in 1980. She was a member of the Lorraine Eastern Star Chapter #1, Columbus, Ohio and the Maple Grove U.M. Church, Columbus, Ohio.
Born January 28, 1930 at Gallia County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Victor Paul and Margaret Donnally Niday. She is survived by:

Private graveside services will be conducted 3 P.M., Saturday, July 3, 2004 at Mound Hill Cemetery, Gallipolis, OH with Rev. Harold Benson and Rev. Bob Ingram officiating. Memorial Services will be held August 14, 2004, 11:00 A.M,.at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis, Ohio.
