Florence Paulene Crace, 78, Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away at her residence on
Saturday, November 27, 2004, following an extended illness. She retired from
he Bob Evans Restaurant in 1985 following twenty six years service as a waitress and was a member of the Gallipolis First Baptist Church.
She was born June 6, 1926, in Hobson, Ohio, daughter of the late Willie Herbert and Mabel Helen Long Williams. She is survived by her husband,
James Hamilton Crace and two sons and daughters-in-law:
Jack Edward (Paula) Crace, Vinton, Ohio
James H. (Jane) Crace Jr., Racine, Ohio
one daughter and son-in-law:
Beatrice Ann and Larry Sayre, Carson City, Nevada
a step-daughter:
Wanda Quire, Dayton, Ohio
five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a brother and a sister:
Lewis Vernon Williams, Pomeroy, Ohio
Eldena Smith, Fairfield, Ohio
and two very special long time friends:
Jean Johnson and Lexie Shelton both of Gallipolis
Florence was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, with Rev. Archie Conn officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park.
