Wilma Perry Rees, 80, Rio Grande, Ohio, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2007, at Holzer Senior Care Center, Bidwell. She was born March 20, 1936 in Barboursville, WV, daughter of the late Garland and Mary Elizabeth Kelley Perry. She had served on the City Council of Rio Grande, operated Wilma’s Ceramic Shop in Rio Grande, and retired from Case Driveway Inc., Huntington, WV, after 25 years of employment.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Rees who preceded her in death on July 12, 1974; and her maternal grandparents, Ben F. And Dora Hash Kelley, in whose home she enjoyed many years. She is survived by:

Grave Side services will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV with burial to follow. Friends may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis, on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
