Patricia Ann McCreedy, 85, Gallipolis, fell asleep in Jesus’ arms and went to be with the Lord and her loving husband of 55 years in Heaven on Sunday, October 7, 2007. Patricia was born on June 27, 1922, in Princeton, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late William and Kate Worrell Shelton. She married Pierce D. McCreedy on July 29, 1942 in Gallipolis, who preceded her in February of 1997. A devoted member of Faith Baptist Church, Patricia dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at 11:00 A.M., in the Faith Baptist Church, Rodney, with Pastor Jeff Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery, Gallipolis. Friends may call at McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis, on Tuesday, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
