Ethel Louise McAllister Kemp,72, Vinton, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 5, 2007, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born December 23, 1934, in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of the late Everett Kenton "Mac" McAllister and Delsa Kilgrow McAllister. She was a member of the Fellowship Chapel Church, Vinton, OH.
Ethel is survived by three Sons and two Daughters:

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Kemp Sr.; a son, Harold Kemp; grandson, Daniel Lee Kemp; great-granddaughter, Emily Patton; two brothers, Lenwood and James McAllister; and a sister, Francie McAllister.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, November 7, 2007, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Rev. Paul Sword officiating. Burial will follow in Morgan Center Cemetery, Bidwell.
