Juanita Olive Oiler 60, Vinton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly late Wednesday night in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born March 19, 1948, in WV.., daughter of the late Charles and Betty Jean Ellis Bowen.
Olive is survived by her husband, Thurman Oiler and five children: Betty Oiler and Teresa Oiler, Vinton, OH.; Stephanie (Jody) Viars, Gallipolis, OH.; Rebecca Oiler, Vinton, OH., and Jaime (Bill) Dillon, Vinton, OH.
Also surviving are five grandchildren: Christian and Christopher Viars, Gallipolis; Billy, Jessi and Wil Dillon, Vinton, OH.;
Eight brothers and sisters: Mark (Tina) Bowen, Gallipolis, OH.; James (Daffney) Bowen, Vinton, OH.; Charles (Jeanette) Bowen, Gallipolis, OH.; Charles Edward Bowen, Vinton, OH; Mary (Larry) Henderson, Charlotte, NC.; Reeda Bowen, Rita Carpenter and Ruth Eggers, Vinton, OH. And special Friends, Betty Stewart, Gallipolis, OH. and Buddy (Gail) Eggers, Gallipolis, OH
She was a member of the Vinton Full Gospel Church.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM., Saturday, August 30, 2008, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, with Pastor Robert Parsons officiating. Burial will be in the Ellis Family Cemetery near Vinton.
