Sandy & Ann,
Please accept my sympathy at the passing of your father.
I'm sure that you won't remember me, but we go back many years, Sandy, to Sunday School at Johnson Memorial Methodist Church. I was Linda Clay then. My mother was Thelma Chaffin Clay before she married my step-father and we moved to Detroit and later to S. Florida.
Our mothers go back to the late '30s when they were in SS together at Johnson Mem. I have pictures of them camping at Cabwaylingo State Park and would love to share the pictures with you all.
We also exchanged pets in the early '50s. We got 'Skippy' the canary and you all got a chihuahua whose name I don't even remember.
Would love to hear from either of you.
Again, please accept my condolences in the passing of your father. My mother passed away in 1984 and Dad (step-father) in '89. Being an only child leaves a big hole in my heart and life. However, I met my husband right after Dad passed away and in Jan. we will celebrate our 12th anniversary. We now live in Ona (just west of Huntington, out by the Htg. Mall). If you get this message while you're still in town please give me a call = 733-9553.
Sincerely,
Lynda Logan

Sending my sympathy at the passing of Uncle Ben. Although, my visits with him were few, they made a lasting impression. My prayers are with his family.
