ROY J. COMBS Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2003 Mr. ROY J. COMBS, 70, of Lavalette, died Wednesday, December 17, 2003, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was the former owner of Combs Upholstry. Graveside services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Combs Family Cemetery, Louisa, Ky., conducted by Pastor Vinnie VanHoose. He was born on April 29, 1933, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, the son of Jay and Rose Diamond Combs. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Ethel Adkins Combs; two sons and daughter-in-law, Roy J. Combs Jr., and Ed and Robin Combs of Huntington; one daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Joe Langdon of Huntington; five grandchildren, Jennifer Combs, Jeremy and Paul Langdon, Crystal Blumfield and Josh Maynard; one brother, Willis Combs of Huntington. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Reger Funeral Home. There will be no procession to the cemetery
