, 70, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2003, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Keith Wiebe and Pastor Jerry Matt. Burial will be in Culloden Cemetery, Culloden, W.Va. He was born August 14, 1933, in Wood County, W.Va., a son of the late Herbert and Mary Young Hupp. He was a retired employee of Owens-Illinois Glass Company. He was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran. He was a member of Grace Gospel Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Hupp; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jack Baugh of Kenton, Ohio; a grandson, Jack Baugh III of Huntington; a great-grandson, Jack Baugh IV of Huntington; a brother, Herbert Hupp Jr. of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; and a sister, Irene Chapman of Ona, W.Va. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Reger Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mission Fund in care of Grace Gospel Church, P. O. Box 9128, Huntington, WV 25704.

Ruby, both you and Oscar have been a true friend not only to us but to every missionary spreading the Word of God. Oscar will truly be missed by all of us. One day we will see him again in Heaven. Won't that be a glorious day? Our love and prayers will continue as you continue to look to the Lord for your daily strength.
