1935 - 2005
 Elizabeth Ann Shepherd, 69, of Proctorville, Ohio, widow of Ernest Ray Shepherd, passed away Thursday February 10, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm on Sunday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Darrell Huffman. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born March 14, 1935 in Huntington a daughter of the late Ralph and Lillian Fuller Wagner. She was a retired hairdresser for JC Penney and a member of New Life Church. Survivors include two sons and daughters in law Michael R. and Rebecca Shepherd and Dr. Terry A. Shepherd and LoRita Shepherd all of Proctorville; five grandchildren Troy M. Shepherd and his wife Danielle of North Carolina, Jay A. Shepherd of Chesapeake, OH, Stuart R. Shepherd of Proctorville, Travis A. Shepherd and his wife Yvonne of Huntington and Landon R. Shepherd of Proctorville; a great grandchild Braden M. Shepherd of Huntington; a sister and brother in law Helen Marie and Lawrence E. Bowyer of Lexington, KY; a niece Deborah A. Porath of Marysville, OH.; two great nieces Liana Porath of Marysville and Noel Bowyer of Lexington, KY; a nephew Daren E. Bowyer of Lexington; a great nephew Kyle Bowyer of Lexington and an Aunt Eloise Wagner of Proctorville. The grandsons and Cousin John Martin will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be Brother in law Ellis Shepherd and special friends Charles Workman and Stewart Kaiser. The family would like to say a special thank you to St. Mary’s 6th floor nursing staff, Hospice of Huntington and Dr. Kimmey and the Chemo Nursing staff. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm on Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home.

Sorry we were unable to be at the Funeral. I talked to Dad and Mom quite a few times during the day.
I'm sure you had a time of celebration for Aunt Ann's life and victory to see Jesus, as I also did in Church today.

My wife and I would like to express our condolence in the passing of your dear mother. She was a great Christian woman. I will never forget how both your parents always welocme me into their home. Our prayers and love is with the family during this time. We are here if you need us for anything.
