As a junior golfer, I learned the great game of golf at Spring Valley CC and also played many rounds with Lee's son-in-law, Tim. I'll always remember Lee at SVCC, he was a great player and always took some time to talk with me and ask me how I was playing. I can recall Lee's great golf game very vividly even now, he hit a long, right-to-left golf shot and had one of the best "touches" around and on the greens as anyone I can remember. What little practice Lee did, was always at the chipping and putting green - I can recall his hands, despite being roughed-up from his occupation, Lee had "hands of a surgeon" around the greens. I'm sorry for your loss, God-speed to Lee! Greg Gardner, PGA Director of Golf, Sebastian Municipal Golf Course..........

Lee will be sorely missed not only on the local golf courses but by all of his friends and family. Lee was always playing the game by the rules and always trying to improve himself and his fellow golfers games. May God be with you in your time of loss.
