Margaret M. Peggy Roberts, 87, of So. Point, Ohio, wife of John W. Roberts whom she married on July 4, 1946, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at the Rivers Bend Health Care of So. Point, Ohio. She was born August 11, 1921 at Stillwater, PA to the late Furman and Mary Edwards Lunger. Peggy was a homemaker and a member of the Chesapeake Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Mike Percell and Pastor Paul Merritt at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Reger Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at the Highland Memorial Gardens, So. Point, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son; Bobby John Roberts, two brothers; Jim Lunger and Atwood Lunger and one sister; Dot Hendricks. Additional survivors include one son; Jim Roberts (Debbie) of Las Vegas, NV, three daughters; Kay Strank (Bob) of Fairborn, OH, Barbara Black (Chuck) of Monroe, OH, and Linda Williams of Richmond, KY, 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, four brothers; Vernon, Leo, Donald, Bobby and Furman Lunger, Jr. all of Pennsylvania, one sister; Annabelle Sands and several nieces and nephews.
