Sandra Sandy Lewis, 65, of Huntington, W. Va., passed away on Monday, December 15, 2008, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 1p.m. Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Pentecostal Truth Ministries Church by Pastor Dwight Mays, Rev. Gary Sparks and Dr. Mark Ayers. Sandy was born on September 15, 1943 in Huntington, the daughter of Ruby Duty Vaughn and the late Charles Vaughn. She is survived by her husband Larry Lewis; son and daughter-in-law Barry and Leah Lewis of Huntington; three daughters and sons-in-law Kassandra and Terry Gray of Virginia, Karen and Fred Hutchison of Huntington, Rebecca and Daniel Marston of Georgia; grandchildren Aaron Carter, Andrew and Lauren Lewis, Nathan Evans and Allison Gray, Seth and Daniella Lewis, Hillary Lewis, Andy and Brad Hutchison, Aaron and Bret Lewis, Levi and Tanner Marston; one great-grandchild Marcus Lewis; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Della Vaughn of South Point, Ohio. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington.
