Mary "Mabel" Briscoe Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1909 - 2003 M. Mabel Briscoe, 94, of DeGraff, died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at Logan Acres. She was born in Wallen, Ind., on June 1, 1909, a daughter of the late David Curtis and Lillie Dora Black Briscoe. A brother, William O. "Bud" Briscoe, also preceded her in death. Survivors include a sister, Catherine Long of DeGraff; two nieces; one nephew; and several cousins. The homemaker was a 1929 graduate of Quincy High School. The Rev. Ronald Irick conducts funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday at Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff, where friends may call two hours prior. Interment is at 2 p.m. Saturday in Maple Grove Cemetery in Milford, Ill. Memorial contributions may be made to Logan Acres.
