Kenneth Edward Angle, age 96 of Bellefontaine, OH passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at 11:10 a.m. He was born in Hurricane, WV on October 5, 1907 to John and Laura Irwin Angle. Kenneth married Thelma May Speece on May 21, 1929 in DeGraff, Ohio and she survives. Kenneth and Thelma celebrated 74 years of marriage toghether this past May. Kenneth was a life long dairy farmer living in Logan County almost all of his life. He and Thelma enjoyed a winter home in Hawthorne, FL up until 1999 when they were no longeer able to make the long drive. He was a member of Boggs Lodge No. 292 F. & A.M., DeGraff for over 50 years. He was also a 32nd degree Mason having been a member of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, Dayton, OH. Kenneth was also a membeer of the Logan County Farm Bureau and Miami Grange #2158 for over 50 years. He was also a member of Sarah Elizabeth Chapteer #335 Order of Eastern Star, West Liberty, and Primitive Baptist Church. Mr Angle also served 12 years on the Board of the DeGraff Local Schools.

Surviving besides his wife, Thelma are four daughters; Antoinette (Carl) Musser of Lancaster, OH, Martha Mae (Richard) Mohr of Lawrenceville, GA, Shirley (James) Farnsworth of Delta, OH and Marilyn (Charles) Guthrie of DeGraff; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sister; Agnes Strayer of Lake Junlaska, FL, Helen Marie Porter of Denver, CO, and Hallie Elliott of Kissimmee, FL; one brother, Roy Angle of Bellefontaine. Preceding him in death were his parents, three brothers; Vincent, Lloyd and Clarence; one son-in-law, and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff where family will receive friends from 2 till 4 and 6 till 8 p.m. on Friday, November 21. Masonic services will be held Friday at 8 p.m.

Revs Arthur Queen and Floyd Lundy will officiate. Burial is in Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.

I give praise for a wonderful grandpa. I miss him very much! Such a joy to know him and spend many wonderful years with him and grandma.

Dear Thelma,Toni, Mae, Shirley, and Marilyn Memories of Kenny will remain with me forever. A long time good neighbor, friend, and always there when needed.
