To the family of Frances Arthur, I feel like I know you from taking care of your mother for so many years at Heartland. She shared many photos & memories with so many of us. I also live two houses away from where you grew up. Although I didn't move there til your mother was moving to Jackson Center. I also know many of your relatives, the Snapps. Your mother is deeply missed already. I will think of her often with many fond memories. My deepest sympathy, Pam Smith

My sympathy to the family of Frances. She and my mother(Winnie Scott) roomed together at Heartland for several years and I enjoyed chatting with Frances when I visited. May you find comfort in knowing that others care.
