David LeRoy Foust Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1958 - 2004 David LeRoy Foust, 46, of Quincy, died at 5:55 a.m. Thursday, May 27, 2004, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. He was born in Sidney on March 1, 1958, a son of Opal Mae (Allen) Wones, who survives in Quincy, and the late Richard Junior Foust. He also is survived by his stepfather, Roy Wones of Quincy; a brohter, Richard Eugene (Bonnie) Foust of Russells Point; and sister, Betty Jean (Roger) Pitts and Sondra Irene (David) Pitts, both of Mt. Victory. He worked as a fork lift driver. The Rev. Jerry Allen conducts a funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Interment is in Claibourne Cemetery in Richwood.
