Elmer Thomas Stiltner, 58, of Bellefontaine, died at 1:15 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2004 at his home.
Born in Johns Creek, Pike County, Ky., he was a son of the late Jonah Stiltner and Ruby Riddell Stiltner, who survives in Bellefontaine.
A foundry worker, he had worked at the Quincy Foundry and Kenton Structural. He also work for the Tri-County CAC and was of the Freewill Baptist faith.
Also surviving are two sons, Harold Thomas Stiltner of Bellefontaine and Shawn Eric Stiltner of Rushsylvania; two daughters, Mary M. Stover of Bellefontaine and Golda M. Davenport of Oklahoma; two brothers, William L. (Jean) Stiltner of Portsmouth and Willard H. (Brenda) Stiltner of Bellefontaine; three sisters, Jean (Wilkie) Scott of Bellefontaine, Golda (Jack) Scott of DeGraff and Bonnie (Floyd) Church of Port Washington, Wisconsin.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, John Samuel Stiltner on Friday and a sister Mary M. Stiltner.
Pastors John Winchester and Curt Spradlin will conduct funeral services for he and his brother at 2 p.m. Monday at the Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home in DeGraff, where calling hours begin two hours before. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Quincy.
Memorial contribution may be made in his name to the funeral home.
