Deborah Lou Ordean, 54, of Quincy, died at 2:45 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2005, at Mary Rutan Hospital.

Born on December 12, 1950, in Bellefontaine, she was a daughter of Claude Richards, who survives in Quincy, and the late Marcella Wyvonne Miller Richards.

A 1968 graduate of Riverside High School, she was a billing clerk at Copeland Corporation in Sidney and was a member of Quincy Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union.

Also surviving are a daughter, Rachel Ordean of Quincy; a son, Sean (Angel) Ordean of Sidney; two grandchildren, Keerstin Ordean and Arianna Ordean; a brother, Barry (Charlene) Richards of Vandalia.

The funeral is at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at Rexer-Riggin-Madden Funeral Home, DeGraff, where calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Terry G. Washburn officiates and burial is in Glen Cemetery, Port Jefferson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

I knew Deb from Heartland of Bellefontaine. I'll never forget seeing her this past Thursday, siting in the lobby, helping with the bake sale. She was always so pleasant whenever I'd see her. May she now rest in peace.
